This project investigates the relationship between transportation infrastructure and public health through a multi-scalar analysis of Chicago Street at N State. By transitioning from satellite views to human-scale perspectives, the study examines the elevated "L" train system and its proximity to pharmacies and healthcare facilities, highlighting how urban design influences accessibility and community connectivity. Perspective studies and hybridized color mapping visualize spatial relationships, emphasizing critical distances while layering contextual information to convey hierarchy and importance. The project demonstrates how integrated analysis of mobility and built form can inform urban design strategies that enhance access to essential services and foster more connected, resilient neighborhoods.
